Measure the circumference at 4 inches (approximately 10–15 cm) above the center of your knee while your leg is naturally bent. Refer to the sizing chart to select your size. (Measurement illustration is provided in the product description images)

Usage Instructions
Please wear this product correctly, avoiding any creases, and follow the proper positioning as demonstrated on the packaging images.
For first-time use, it is recommended to wear for 1–2 hours (adjust according to personal condition); after confirming no discomfort, gradually increase the wearing duration. Each use should not exceed 8 hours.
For individuals with sensitive skin, if any allergy, eczema, pain, or other abnormal reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
People with diabetes should consult a doctor before use.
